Very serious murder case. After a week long trial the jury could not reach a verdict. After, we found out they were 11 votes to acquit and only 1 to convict.

After a great deal of hard work and a full hearing, the prosecutor agreed to reduce the murder charges, and allow client to plea guilty to Voluntary Manslaughter. He was given 10 years that was parolable, avoiding a life sentence!
Multiple Counts were alleged, we were able to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge of Aggravated Assault with a parolable 5 year prison sentence!
